A short history
Blackad was born in April 1998. At the time, Alan was Head of Creative at Barkers Scotland. After five years at Barkers, he joined TMP Worldwide as Creative Director. In 2002, he decided to dedicate himself to Blackad full-time.

I've got over a decade's copywriting experience - and I've been writing for the web since 1997.
I've also won many awards for creativity and copywriting - in Scotland and England.
These include numerous Creams and IPAs - if you like that sort of thing. Well, let's face it - everyone likes a shiny gong.
